With smaller class sizes you get a more individualzed practice. All levels are welcome in any class, our highly trained instructors will personalize your workout to make each pose more gentle or more difficult! Pre-natal students welcome in Yoga Therapy.
Yoga Therapy: This class focuses on poses in yoga that are therapeutic and healing. Whether you are pregnant, over age 60 or nursing a sprained ankle, this class will offer modifications for everyone.
Level 1/2: For the beginner yogi or someone who simply wants to get back to the basics. This class will teach you step by step how to build your practice with the correct form and balance.
Yoga/Pilates: Integrating some of the best exercises from yoga and pilates to form a practice that strengthens your core and lengthens your muscles. The best of both worlds.
Power Yoga: This practice is for the cardio-driven exercise enthusiest. It will get your heart pumping, muscles burning, and challenge even the strongest athlete. Anyone is welcome in class but expect to work up a sweat.
Vinyasa: This class is based on the true principles of yoga. Focusing on breath, flow and meditation you will leave this class with a full mind, body, and spirit.
